Welcome New Hockey Director Dennis McCauley

The Boston Imperials are pleased to announce the hiring of Dennis McCauley as Director of Hockey. McCauley is a Northeastern University graduate (2009) and a four-year member of the Huskies D1 Men’s Hockey Program. Following his time at Northeastern, he went on to play hockey for six years professionally, amassing 318 games. Dennis played for both the San Jose Sharks and Buffalo Sabres organizations before spending three years in Europe.

After retiring from pro hockey in 2015, McCauley served as the Assistant Director of Top Gun Hockey. From 2019-2021 Dennis was the Head Coach of the Seacoast Spartans U18 team. Recently 2023-2024 he led the NH Avalanche U20 ehlp team to frozen four. McCauley is an outstanding, well rounded, former athlete turned business professional. He has been a natural fit for coaching and has experience in every aspect of the ice hockey industry.
