Boston Imperials Announce Summer Showcase Teams

Winchester, MA (February 25, 2019) – New in 2020, the Boston Imperials are offering a Summer showcase program where athletes are presented with the opportunity to gain further exposure to scouts and to improve their playing skills through a number of different tournaments. Our Summer teams will participate under the moniker, The New England Royals.

“When players are able to attend up to 3 of these high-end tournaments, it improves their skill level which really sets them apart in our coaching staff’s eyes. Beyond this, each tournament gives athletes more exposure to scouts that could have a huge impact on their playing level beyond high school,” commented Club Owner, Dennis Franczak.

Athletes are welcome to sign up whether they play for the Boston Imperials or for a different hockey club. Summer showcases provide players with the opportunity to excel at local, high-end tournaments with a minimum of 3-4 games at each. There will be 15-17 players per team, including goalies, and 1 practice prior to each tournament. Based on the final roster size, individual player fees will range from $150-$175 per tournament. For a brief look at the Summer showcase program, the following is a list of tournaments with their corresponding dates:

    • Harrow Cup (5/1 – 5/3)
    • CCM Boston Girls (5/8 – 5/10)
