Nate Bostic, VP Hockey Operations/Academy Director
Nate Bostic is in his 12th Season Coaching Junior / Midget AAA Hockey and joins the Imperials after having spent 10 Seasons with the Islanders HC Organization as GM/Director, coaching and building NCDC-U18-U16-U15-U14 levels. Previously, Nate served as Assistant Coach and Director of player personnel for the New England Huskies of the Eastern Junior Hockey League from 2010-2012 and was an Assistant with the Walpole Express in 2009. Nate has helped develop hundreds of NCAA Division1 and Division 3 Student athletes. Over the off season Nate has worked for many high profiled events and camps like Beantown Classic and Dynamic Skating.
Before Coaching, Nate was recruited and played at Niagara University where his teams won the CHA Regular Season Title in 2007, CHA Championship in 2008, and made the 2008 NCAA Division 1 Tournament. After Niagara, Nate signed an ATO with the Worcester Sharks AHLH Team. After preseason he spent time in both the CHL and SPHL playing Professionally. Leading up to this Nate played 3 seasons in the EJHL and was Two-Time All Star and served as team Captain. Prior to Juniors Nate was a Two-Time Massachusetts High School All Star at Wachusett Regional and Captured the HNIB Scoring Title in 2003. Nate is a Worcester, MA Native and now lives in Amesbury, MA with his Wife Kara and Daughter Grace.
Frank Golden, General Manager
Frank Golden joined the Imperials in October 2019 and has a long hockey career at all levels of the game. In addition to his duties for the Boston Imperials, Frank serves as the Northeast Region scout for the NHL’s Pittsburgh Penguins, a position he has held since 2014.
Before he joined the Imperials, Frank spent three seasons with the NH Junior Monarchs in the Eastern Hockey League. Over his tenure with the team Coach Golden was a proud staff member of teams that collectively posted a 124-49-7 record.
Golden played college hockey at the University of Southern Maine and resides in Reading, MA with his wife Claire and their three children, Kevin, Brooke, and Maura.
Scott Fitzgerald, Senior Advisor/Investor
Scott Fitzgerald and his extended family are considered hockey royalty in New England. Scott has a long history of being on the top talent identifiers in the hockey world. Scott is currently Coordinator of NCAA Scouting and is in his 14th season in the Boston Bruins organization.
In his role with the Bruins, he scouts collegiate prospects throughout North America with an emphasis on college free agent player evaluation. Scott is also owner of the TPE Platform, a top national branded youth hockey event with services that include player evaluation for proper development and growth.
Dennis Franczak, Founder/Owner
A former US Air Force Officer, Dennis Franczak is the founder and CEO of Fuseideas, one of New Englands largest independent advertising agencies. With over 20 years in marketing, interactive strategy, advertising and public relations, Dennis has been a leading voice throughout the marketing industry, having worked with clients such as Adidas, Bose, HBO, ESPN, Disney, National Hockey League, National Basketball Association, and more.
Dennis has a rich background in sports, having previously coached both men’s and women’s college and youth soccer for over 12 years. His career includes Newton North High School (where he won a state championship), Suffolk University, MIT, Boston College, and 7 years at Northeastern University. He also won a national championship with FC Greater Boston and his players have gone on to National Team and MLS careers.
Dave Pasquale, Chief Operating Officer
Dave has an extensive background in business development and operations as well as a deep understanding of the business of hockey.
Today, he runs a private real estate investment group that secures and provides financing to two Massachusetts-based development companies (Brownstone Realty Group and Ambrose Properties of New England).
For the past six years, he has served as head coach for the Wake Forest University hockey team. Previously, he played collegiate hockey at Bentley University (’94) and high school hockey at Austin Prep (’89). He remains an active member of both the Bentley and Austin hockey alumni associations and serves on Austin Prep’s Hall of Fame board.
Susan Diffley, Finance Manager
Susan joins the Boston Imperials and brings hockey finance and business experience to the organization. A resident of Burlington, MA, Susan has 2 children who are currently playing at very high levels of the game.
Susan's son Brien recently graduated from Boston University and is currently playing in the ECHL and her daughter Jacquie is currently playing Division I Women's Hockey at St. Lawrence University.
Susan handles all financial aspects of the club from payables, receivables and vendor management.
